Job description 1. Supports a team towards being the best version of itself
-Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team. -Help the team on reaching self-organization and getting the most value out of it. -Guide the team on using Agile practices to maximize value. -Help create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved. -Lead the Kaizen mindset for the team in their daily work. 2.
